The short version

This site shows you our menu. You do not sign in, we do not ask for your name, phone number or address, and we do not take orders or payments here. Your waiter takes your order at the table, as always.

What we collect

Counts, not people. How often the menu is opened, which dishes get looked at, whether the visit came from scanning a QR code at a table, and which language and currency were chosen.

None of it carries an identifier. Nothing is stored on your device, nothing links one page view to the next, and no advertising or analytics company is involved. We can see that a dish was viewed forty times; we cannot see by whom, or whether that was forty people or one person forty times.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, passwords or profiles
• No names, phone numbers, emails or addresses
• No payment details — nothing is sold on this site
• No location tracking; the map only loads when you tap it
• No cookies at all, and no third-party trackers

Who else sees anything

Nobody. The counts above are recorded by this site and stay in the restaurant's own database; there is no third-party analytics or advertising service on any page.

The single exception is entirely your choice: if you tap to load the map, Google receives that request, as it would on any site embedding a map. That is exactly why the map does not load until you ask for it.

We do not sell data to anyone, and there is nothing here that could be sold.

Asking us about it

Come and ask at the restaurant, or message us on Instagram. Because we hold nothing that identifies you, there is generally nothing for us to look up, correct or delete.
