This site sets no cookies

Not a figure of speech — visit the menu and your browser will hold nothing from us. There is no shopping cart, no account and no login for guests, and no advertising or analytics company is loaded, so there is nothing to store and nothing to ask permission for.

That is also why you were not shown a cookie banner.

What we count

We count how often the menu is opened, which dishes get looked at, whether the visit came from scanning a QR code at a table, and which language and currency were chosen. It tells the kitchen what people are actually reading.

Those counts carry no identifier. Nothing is stored on your device, nothing links one page view to another, and nothing links any of it to you. We can see that a dish was viewed forty times; we cannot see by whom, or whether that was forty people or one person forty times.

The map

The map on the homepage is a still picture until you tap it. Only if you tap does Google load, and only then can it set anything of its own. That is deliberate: it keeps the page quick on phone data and leaves the choice with you.

Staff only

  • admin-token — set only when a member of restaurant staff signs in to manage the menu, and needed for that sign-in to work. Guests never receive it.
